Good luck to the Boys’ Basketball team at Regions against Roncalli at 7:00 p.m. tonight at Groton.

You cannot use passes or activity tickets for Region games.  Students are $4 and adults are $6.

The March FCCLA Meeting will be on Friday, March 6 during lunch in the FACS room!

 

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton students in Grades 8 –12 will have Living Stations practice on Wednesday, March 4th at 6:30 p.m.

 

Congratulations to Dragr Monson for placing 3rd at State Wrestling!!

 

Spread the Word (inclusion) pep rally will take place on Wednesday, March 4th.  This will be 1st hour.

 

If anyone needs volunteer hours, we are looking for  helpers at our Math night.  Time on March 9 is 5:30-7:00.  We also set a snow date of March 16, just in case.  Please Contact Kim Weber to sign up or get more information.

 

Scrabble Club – Grades 7-12, on Tuesdays from 3:30 – 5:00 beginning March 3rd in the Library Conference room.

 

The City of Groton is accepting applications due March 16th, 2020 for swimming pool lifeguards, baseball/softball coaches, groundskeepers, baseball concessions and ticket takers.  Visit 209 N Main, call 397-8422 or visit https://www.city.grotonsd.gov/

 

The Groton Area School District is seeking applicants for part-time after school custodial employees.  Applicants must be 16 years old.  Applications can be found on our website under Employment Opportunities (Auxiliary Application).

 

2020 Groton Area yearbooks are on pre-order now for $55.  Contact Mrs. Morehouse or Mrs. Peterson in the business office to place your order.

All Seniors who are currently admitted in to SDSU!  SDSU is having an open house at Pizza Ranch in Aberdeen where you and your families can come and go as you please and talk with our staff about the next steps or any questions you might have about attending SDSU in the fall.  SDSU will cover the cost of the buffet for anyone who attends.

Where: Aberdeen Pizza Ranch; 1010 6th Ave SE

When: Monday, March 2nd from 5-7pm.

There’s no need to RSVP, buffet is provided by SDSU, can come and go as they please. Families are welcome to attend as well!
