Grade 11:  Boys State The American Legion Local Post #39, Groton SD is seeking applicants for the 77th session of South Dakota Boys State.  American Legion Boys State is the premier programs for teaching how government works, while developing leadership skills and an appreciation of the rights and responsibilities of citizenship.
