Saturday – Good luck to the soccer teams against Tea Area!

No school on Friday, August 31 and Monday September 3.

Hazing activities of any type are inconsistent with the educational process and will be prohibited at all times.  Hazing is defined as follows: Doing any act or coercing another, including the victim, to do any act of initiation into any student or other organization that causes or creates a substantial risk of causing mental or physical harm to any person.  Permission, consent, or assumption of risk by an individual subjected to hazing does not lessen the prohibition contained in the policy.  Appropriate disciplinary action will follow and may be reported to law enforcement.

 

FBLA meeting Thursday, September 6th at 8:00 AM in Ms. Lingbeck’s room.  Breakfast will be served and new members are welcome!

 

Anyone interested in serving on the 2018-2019 Groton Area Student Council may come and sign up on the sheet in the office.  Students may only sign up themselves!  Go Tigers!

 

Anyone grades 6-12 interested in Oral Interp should plan to come to a short meeting on Tuesday, September 4 right after school in Mrs. Gonsoir’s room– room 308. If you are interested, but cannot attend, please see Mrs. Gonsoir before the Tuesday meeting.

The class of 2021 is selling Groton Gear.  Stop in the office for an order form. 

OST Fundraiser info is on the counter in the office.  They are taking orders for flags, shorts, and t-shirts.

Any student wanting to be on yearbook please sign-up in the office.  Final sign-up date is September 7th.

 

All forms handed out on the first day of school must be returned to the office today. 

 

There is lost and found from last year in the office.  Please come and check it out!

Good morning students!  Anyone interested in serving on the 2018-2019 Groton Area Student Council may come and sign up on the sheet in the office.  Students may only sign up themselves!  Go Tigers!

 

There will be a meeting for the Junior Class Officers and Prom Committee Members this Wednesday during HS lunch on the stage. Please bring homecoming t-shirt ideas!
