Summer Lesson forms for band are due back to Mrs. Yeigh or Mr. Fordham by this Friday.
There will be a color guard meeting for any current high school girls interested in being on the color guard team for the 2018-19 school year. The meeting will be held on the stage next Wednesday (May 23rd) during lunch. Please see Mrs. Yeigh with any questions or if you are unable to attend.
The 6th grade class will have their pizza party today during lunch in the arena lobby for winning the FFA Ag Olympics contest during FFA week.
The library will be closing May 18. All library books are due on or before May 18. After this date fines will be applied to overdue books. Thank you

If you plan to go to the Elementary Track and Field Day you must follow School Board Policy:
Students are not allowed to attend regular school activities which are held during the school day unless they are watching a sibling, they are accompanied by a parent, and are not on the ineligibility list. All students meeting the aforementioned criteria and who are planning on attending must have their parents notify the office at least one day in advance. Any violations will result in an unexcused absence, this includes any K-12 classroom or co-curricular activity, unless it is approved by the principal. All work must be completed prior to being excused.

Cast and crew of footloose, please pick up all of your personal items—costumes and props—before Friday. After Friday, they will be in the office Lost and Found.
All-School play cast–Please return your play books to Mrs. Morehouse by Friday, May 18th. They must be free from any damage, tape, pencil marks, etc. If you don’t return a book or if your book is damaged, you will be charged accordingly.
Cheerleading try-outs will be on Friday, May 18 after school in the arena lobby. There is a sign-up sheet on the counter in the office.
Grades 10-11: Reminder that all Fall Dual Credit course registrations must be turned in to the office by next Friday. Please look at your email PowerPoint on Dual Credit. If you did not attend the mandatory meeting, please see Mrs. Sternhagen.
Grade 11: If you intend to take the ACT in June, July, or September, please consider registering now. You can register ahead of time – this will make it much easier as the sign-up deadlines are all in the summer See Mrs. Sternhagen if you have questions!
Please be advised that care needs to be taken in choosing what to wear to school. To review our school dress code policy, please refer to your student handbook, located in the front of your agenda. Students whose clothing is in question will be sent to the office. Please see Mrs. Sombke should you have any questions regarding our school dress code policy.

Sophomores = May 18th
Juniors = May 21st
6th Grade = May 17th will be the last day to check out computers
7th & 8th Grades = May 18th will be the last day to check out computers
The Groton Area School District is seeking applicants for summer custodial work. Applicants must be 16 years of age or older. Applications are available in the school office.
